Samsung Galaxy S25 Leak: Samsung, South Korean tech giant Samsung announces the next Galaxy S generation every year in January. Just like this time, the company is going to launch its flagship series in the first month of the new year.
Until then we didn’t have a clear idea about its timeline but now a fresh leak has revealed an event date of January 22, 2025, as an upcoming event date for Samsung. 3 brand new smartphones of the Galaxy S25 lineup could be launched on this.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Leak
According to a new tipster that goes by the name @sondesix on X — formerly Twitter, the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2025 will take place on January 22. The show will broadcast in India at 10.30pm. It will be launched in Samsung Galaxy S25, Samsung Galaxy S25 +, and Samsung Galaxy Ultra.
Other than this, Project Moon XR headset can also be teased in the event. As per recent leaks, the lineup will come with 45W fast charging. The company will not include charging adapters with the box this time as well, like the Galaxy S24 series. They will however have to be the subject of individual purchases on the part of customers.
The Galaxy S25 and S25+, as well as the Galaxy S25 Ultra will all support 5G S Pen [may also be included with the Galaxy S25 Ultra]. This should be handled by the expected upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset from Qualcomm, which should be the focus of performance-related talk.
All three smartphones will run Android 15, the company has mentioned. The camera will also be improved over the S24 series for the S25 lineup. There could be a 50MP ultra-wide sensor in place of the all-new 12MP on the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Samsung Galaxy S25 price
The new lineup that will come under the Galaxy S24 series are expected to be slightly costlier than the Galaxy S24 series ranging between Rs 5,000-7,000. The Galaxy S25 is expected to be priced at approximately Rs 84,999, the Galaxy S25+ at around Rs 1,04,999 and the S25 Ultra at approximately Rs 1,34,999. But, the company hasn’t revealed its price as of yet.
