Moto’s two new phones launched: Recently, the Lenovo-owned brand has launched the Moto G15 and Moto G15 Power in some global markets as the latest G lineup smartphones. The Motorols new Motorola phones are powered by Mediatek Helio G81 Extreme processor along with a 6.72 inch display.
The only difference is the battery and the cameras. The devices run Android 15 and are available with up to 24GB of RAM (while with RAM Boost feature). Moto G15 Power has a 6,000mAh battery, while the Moto G15 has a 5,200mAh battery. No price and sale details have been given yet for the Moto G15 and Moto G15 Power.
The sale of these phones will start in selected markets of Europe, Middle East, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. The Moto G15 is available in Gravity Gray, Iguana Green and Sunrise Orange color options on the Motorola site. Moto G15, on the other hand, has been seen in Gravity Gray and Iguana Green colours.
The Moto G15 and Moto G15 Power are powered by Android 15 and sport a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with a 60Hz refresh rate. Both these phones pack octa-core Mediatek Helio G81 Extreme processor, which is coupled with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM.
It also supports Virtual RAM, expandable up to 24GB. Moto G15 offers storage options up to 512 GB On other hand Moto G15 Power comes with maximum 256GB storage. Both the models offer expandable storage of up to 1TB via its microSD card slot.
For optics, both Moto G15 and Moto G15 Power come with a 50-megapixel camera unit with quad pixel technology. It comes with an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. And it comes with dual stereo speakers along with Dolby Atmos sound technology. They also are IP54 rated for dust and water resistance. (Moto’s two new phones launched)
As for connectivity options, Moto G15 and Moto G15 Power offer 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, FM radio Receiver, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, A 3.5mm headphone jack and USB Type-C port. They also get side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock for biometrics. Other sensors include a accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, SAR sensor, sensor hub, e-compass and proximity sensor.
Battery-wise, the Moto G15 has a 5,200mA battery with 18W of fast charging support. This battery is said to deliver up to two-day battery life on a single charge. The Moto G15 Power, meanwhile, packs a 6000 mAh battery that supports 30W charging. Allegedly, one charge will provide as much as 58 hours of power.
